The „Initiative für Neue Zeitkultur“ (initiative for New Contemporary Culture) provides cultural impetus in the eastern Styrian heartland, but is repeatedly confronted with the problem that the people of the region, the visitors and the sponsors cannot assign the implemented projects to the initiative. This film describes and links various project results, telling stories about the beauty of the backyard, about time quality and participation and what these themes have to do with time culture.
